Flipshoppers.com – Shipping Policy

Flipshoppers.com (“Flipshoppers”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”) is the marketplace division of Searchkoro.com’s business directory, designed to connect buyers (“Users”) and local vendors (“Sellers”). This Shipping Policy defines how order delivery, pickup, and future shipping options are handled on our marketplace.


1. Current Model: Local Store Pickup & Vendor Delivery

  • Flipshoppers.com does not currently offer platform-managed shipping or delivery services.
  • After placing an order or booking online, customers may:
    • Collect the product directly from the vendor’s store at the designated pickup time specified in the order.
    • Opt for vendor-managed delivery if offered by the specific vendor, subject to the vendor’s own terms, fees, and delivery arrangements.
  • Delivery arrangements, charges, schedules, and conditions for home delivery are solely communicated and managed by the vendor.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must clearly indicate whether they offer customer pickup and/or local delivery, as well as any associated costs, on each product listing and order confirmation.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring products are ready for pickup at the agreed location and time, or for coordinating independent delivery if promised.
  • Any disputes regarding timing, missed pickup, incomplete delivery, or fees are to be resolved directly between customer and vendor, with Flipshoppers providing support as needed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must arrive at the vendor’s store during the specified pickup window and present confirmation details (order ID, name, proof of purchase).
  • For vendor-managed delivery: customers should review delivery details, costs, and timing as provided by the vendor before confirming the order.

4. Charges and Timing

  • Flipshoppers does not currently collect or charge shipping/delivery fees; any local delivery fees are paid directly to vendors.
  • Pickup is typically at no extra charge, unless otherwise specified in the listing.
  • All pickup and delivery timing is defined by vendor availability and store hours.

5. Liability and Risk

  • Flipshoppers is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during vendor-managed deliveries.
  • Risk passes to the customer when the product is handed over at the store or upon vendor-delivery completion, per vendor terms.

6. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • For product pickup orders, cancellations can often be made prior to in-store collection (see [Return & Refund Policy]).
  • If a vendor cannot fulfill a delivery or pickup, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

7. Policy Updates and Future Shipping Integration

  • In future, Flipshoppers may introduce platform-managed shipping, courier, or logistics services.
    • When adopted, Flipshoppers will update this Shipping Policy to outline shipping options, delivery zones, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and handling procedures for returns or damaged items.
    • Rollout details and transition guidelines will be communicated to all users and vendors.
  • Customers and vendors will be informed beforehand and given options to choose shipping, pickup, or other available fulfillment modes.
