These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Karimganj,Assam, India. All disputes arising out of user registration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karimganj, Assam.

Flipshoppers may revise these Registration Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of your Account after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
